<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exposure head of color which prevents the generation of large density irregularities due to a quantity of light variation of an exposure light passed through an equal magnification lens array. <P>SOLUTION: In the exposure head, a plurality of linear light emitting element arrays 6R, 6G and 6B for emitting light of mutually different colors, and a plurality of lenses 7a for condensing the light emitted from these arrays 6R, 6G and 6B are set in a staggered disposition. The arrays 6R, 6G and 6B each with light emitting elements set in parallel in an array are arranged in a direction nearly perpendicular to an arrangement direction of the light emitting elements. The arrays 6R, 6G and 6B and the lenses 7a are gathered in a state to align nearly parallel to the arrangement direction of the light emitting elements. The exposure head is equipped with one equal magnification lens array 7 for condensing the light of each color on a color photosensitive material. The array 6R which emits the light for exposing a coloring layer of the color photosensitive material whoseγcharacteristic becomes maximum in the range of densities 0.5-1.0 among the plurality of arrays 6R, 6G and 6B is set in a state to be nearest to a major axis L of the equal magnification lens array 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
