<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded processed food manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing flat molded processed food having a non-dense state and a dense state together and having a hetero texture, and a manufacturing method of the molded processed food. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a mold mechanism provided with an upper mold 3 and a lower mold 5, a rotating mechanism 4 which rotates at least one of the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 5 of the mold mechanism around a rotary shaft 2 orthogonal to a mounting surface 11 of the lower mold 5, and a first moving mechanism 6 for moving the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 5 in the direction of bringing them close to each other or separating them from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
