PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit responding to downsizing, thinning and weight-saving by preparing a new back-up battery. SOLUTION: Of the power supply circuit provided with a main power supply, an operating part equipped with a memory element, a main power supply monitoring part, and a back-up battery, a power-generating part for the back-up battery is provided at least with an acidic medium 32 fitted with a first electrode 31 and a basic medium 34 fitted with a second electrode 33 with the acidic medium and the basic medium set adjacent to each other, and at least either one of them contains a reactive substance.
