PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply prevent condensation in a seat air-conditioning device by determining the dehumidified state in a compartment without requiring a humidity sensor for preventing condensation when cooled. SOLUTION: In an air conditioning device 1 in the compartment, air-conditioning air cooled by an evaporator 1a is blown into the compartment. Air temperature Te downstream of the evaporator 1a is detected by a post-evaporator air temperature sensor 3a. The post-evaporator air temperature Te is physical quantity representing the dehumidified state of compartment air, and it is supposed to be roughly equal to dew point temperature. In a seat air-conditioning ECU 10, the post-evaporator air temperature Te is inputted, and a small correction valueΔis added to be dew point temperature Tdp of the compartment air. Based on the dew point temperature, power of a Peltier element 5 as a seat part heat exchanger is controlled, and cooled air is blown to a ventilation passage 7 by a seat inner blower 6.
