<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a driving wheel capable of separating a bearing part and an constant velocity universal joint in an axial direction with a simple structure and suppressing NVH at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing device for the driving wheel is provided with an outer member 4 formed with a double-row of outer rolling surfaces 4a on an inner periphery; a hub wheel 1 formed with a wheel mounting flange 8, an inner rolling surface 1a and a small diameter step part 1b; and an inner member 5 formed with an inner rolling surface 7a and comprising an inner ring member 7 extended with a cylindrical fitting part 9b and a connection part 10 at both sides. A hardened recession/projection part 14 is formed on an inner periphery of the hub wheel 1 and the fitting part 9b is diameter-enlarged and bitten thereto to perform plastic bonding. A cylindrical connection part 22 axially extending from a shoulder part 21 of an outer coupling member 16 and the connection part 10 of the inner ring member 7 are fitted and a plurality of through holes 10a, 22a are provided on the fitting part. A spring pin 23 is fitted/inserted thereto and the inner member 5 and the outer coupling member 16 are integrated so as to be axially separated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
