PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a tire molding die capable of improving on-snow performance by suppressing snow-packing in a closed kerf while maintaining on-ice performance, in a pneumatic tire provided with the closed kerf on a block. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, the block 4 divided by grooves 2, 3 is formed on a tread surface 1 and the closed kerf 6b having both ends spaced from the grooved 2, 3 is provided on a ground-contact surface 5.
