PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized camera-shake correction mechanism with low power consumption. SOLUTION: While a sheet member 1 mounted with a CCD chip 2 and formed with a left right driving electret pattern 5a is adhered to a board 11 with a left right drive electrode 12a arranged in opposition to the left right driving electret pattern 5a, a CCD shift driver 41 applies a drive pulse and a direction signal to the left right drive electrode 12a. Thus, an electrostatic force is generated between the left right driving electret pattern 5a and the left right drive electrode 12a to shift the sheet member 1 for carrying out camera-shake correction.
