PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically flush a toilet bowl, when minimum seating time or more, required for the determination of automatic toilet-bowl flushing, is counted in the off-state of an automatic flushing on-off switch, and when the automatic flushing on-off switch is put into the on-state during the time from the time point when a user seats himself/herself to the time point when he/she leaves a toilet seat. SOLUTION: This automatic toilet-bowl flushing device is provided with a control part 1 which starts counting from a seating state by means of an automatic toilet-bowl flushing determination timer 4 in the off-state of the automatic flushing on-off switch 3, and which controls so as to make the toilet bowl automatically flushed after a lapse of a predetermined time after the user leaves his/her seat, without reference to the time from the time point when the switch 3 is put into the on-state to the time point when he/she leaves his/her seat, in the case where the minimum seating time or more required for the determination of the automatic toilet-bowl flushing is counted, and wherein the switch 3 is put into the on-state during the time from the time point when the user seats himself/herself to the time point when he/she leaves the toilet seat.
