PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven partition device of a simple constitution non-bulky in panel bodies in a retreat position. SOLUTION: This motor-driven partition device 1 has a plurality of panel bodies 11 to 14, and guide rails 21 and 22 for movably guiding these panel bodies 11 to 14 between an advancing position and the retreat position. The respective panel bodies 11 to 14 can move while holding its direction between the advancing position and the retreat position (the selected figure). The plurality of panel bodies 11 to 14 are mutually connected via a connecting member, and are constituted so as to move by interlocking by driving one (the first panel body 11) on the most door end side among these panel bodies by a driving unit (an electric motor). The plurality of panel bodies 11 to 14 are put in a state of continuing in a straight line shape in the advancing position, and are put in a state of being superposed in the thickness direction in the retreat position (the selected figure).
