PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light alloy wheel suppressing weight increase to a minimum degree and having no problem in mechanical strength even in a wheel for a run flat tire in which an inner peripheral surface of a rim part is substantially flat relative to a rotational axis or has substantially constant inclination thereto. SOLUTION: The light alloy wheel comprises a rim part provided with a support surface for fixing a support body for supporting a tire from an inner peripheral side at reduction of internal pressure of the tire and a recessed part installed with an air pressure detection device; and a disc part. A cross section shape of the rim part is uniformly inclined so as to be spread toward an inner side or is parallel to an axial direction.
