PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always relax the palm by freeing the middle finger and the wrist placed on the reverse of a paddle by mounting the palm on the paddle by a string passed through the thumb and the index finger, and the third finger and the little finger. SOLUTION: The paddle for practicing swimming secures the freedom of the wrist, the middle finger and the palm of the hand mounted on the reverse of the paddle and relaxes the palm by providing string passing holes 3c and 4a for a string 2a from the index finger to the thumb of the palm mounted on the reverse of the paddle and providing string passing holes 3d and 4b for a string 2b from the third finger and the little finger, providing movement stopping holes 3a and 3b to prevent both ends of the string from coming off the holes of the paddle, and passing a string to mount the palm through the holes.
