PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus to which an insulating sheet is easily and securely attached. SOLUTION: The insulating sheet 25 is provided to cover a surface of a base 21. Sheet edge portions 41 and 43 on the both sides of the insulating sheet 25 are bent to the side of the base along the base edges 31 and 33 on the both sides of the base 21. The sheet edge portions 41 and 43 include engagement pawls 45 and 47, respectively. The engagement pawls 45 and 47 are directed to the slide engagement direction X along the base edge portions 31 and 33, and engaged with a base-side engagement portion 51 by sliding along the base surface of the insulating sheet in the slide engagement direction X. The insulating sheet 25 is slid in the slide assembly direction Y, and put in the slide engagement direction X, and thus the engagement pawls 45 and 47 are engaged with the base-side engagement portion 51.
