PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery device unique as a lottery system and capable of changing the probability of winning. SOLUTION: The lottery device adapted to perform a lottery by putting a plurality of balls in a lottery part 1 comprises a color ball input mechanism 2 preparing two or more color kinds of color balls B1-B3 and putting at least two colors of color balls B1-B3 to the lottery part 1, a prize port 12d in which the color balls B1-B3 putted by the color ball input mechanism 2 can get, a color identification sensor 6 identifying the colors of the color balls B1-B3 which got in the prize port 12d, and a control part determining a winning or not according to the color identification result by the color identification sensor 6.
