[PROBLEMS] To provide an ultrasonic oral health care appliance enabling an increase in the freedom degree of the design of an ultrasonic transmission part, capable of preventing discomfort from occurring due to a rise in temperature, capable of preventing air layers from occurring in a liquid in a liquid supply passage at a liquid reservoir part and a jaw part, capable of efficiently cleaning a mouth cavity by supplying the less amount of a liquid of such a degree that can maintain a transmission efficiency, having excellent usability, and capable of providing the large freedom degree of design. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This ultrasonic oral health care appliance is characterized by comprising the liquid supply passage (5) extending from a handle body (10) to the delivery part (2) of a head body (11) through a jaw body (12) and in that the ultrasonic transmission part (4) for radiating an ultrasonic energy to the liquid is installed in the handle body (10) and an ultrasonic wave transmitted through the liquid as a vibration transmitting medium is transmitted to the delivery part (2) while being reflected in a liquid supply passage (5).
