<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can form a copy equal to a printed material by performing an image forming processing based on an image forming condition such as a print option at the printed material when the original document of the printed material is acquired to form an image, and an image processor. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus 1 receives image data to be formed and forms description information describing information relating to a forming condition at a time when the image data is formed on a recording medium.
