PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button device used for various kinds of devices constituting an endoscope system and provided with a push button performing a plurality of operations and capable of contributing to improvement of operability or reduction of manufacturing cost while surely maintaining watertightness. SOLUTION: This push button device is provided with a circuit board 53, a switch part 54 mounted on the circuit board, a first base part 55 formed covering the switch part and freely pushed, and a second base part 51 formed covering the first base part and freely pushed.
