<p>Dual mode display devices are described herein. In one embodiment, an example display device includes a flat panel display (FPD), a base, and a moveable assembly having a first end and a second end, the first end being rotatably coupled to the FPD via a first hinge and the second end being rotatably coupled to the base via a second hinge, the moveable assembly rotating about the second hinge while the FPD rotating about the first hinge to enable the FPD transitioning from a display position that is a relatively vertical to a handwriting position that is relatively horizontal, towards a user facing a screen of the FPD while the second end is rotatably secured to the base. Other methods and apparatuses are also described.</p> |
