<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tightening structure of a mouthpiece for a water supply hose that can secure the draw power of a nipple in a high level without reducing the inside diameter of the nipple even though the outside diameter of a caulking part is made small, even if the water supply hose forming an outer layer on the outside of a reinforcement layer is used in the tightening structure of the mouthpiece for the water supply hose for the piping of water supply or hot water supply. <P>SOLUTION: The whole of a sleeve member 16 is caulked to the axial center of the nipple 12 and two or more mutually separated positions in the axial direction M of the nipple 12 are caulked deeply. The caulking rate difference between a smooth caulking part 16B and a deeply caulked part 16A is to be more than 15% but less than 40%.
