<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a production quantity of each model when a plurality of kinds of models of products are manufactured and process design comprising a plurality of multi-processes exists. <P>SOLUTION: A production quantity of each span for every process design is determined by solving an optimization problem using linear programming in an optimized model configuration calculation part 30 by referring to: a process load basic unit for each process for every process design calculated by a process load basic unit calculation part 10 based on manufacturing route information stored in a manufacturing route information storage part 11; a generated cost basic unit for every process design calculated by a generated cost basic unit calculation part 20 based on a generated variable cost stored in a generated cost information storage part 21; production quantity information, material/selling price information, facility information of each term, an evaluation index and information of the term and span respectively previously registered in a production quantity information storage part 2, a material/selling price information storage part 3, a facility information storage part 4, an evaluation index storage part 5 and a term/span information setting part 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
