<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery panel mounting structure having simple construction with less mounting processes for firmly fixing a solar battery panel and eliminating the need for or greatly reducing the frequency of repairing it without causing the looseness of bolts, and to provide its bracket. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery panel mounting structure for a solar power generation device comprises a sectionally rectangular hollow fitting having a fitting recessed portion on the upper face at its longitudinal center corresponding to the thickness of the end of the solar battery panel.
