PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-blocking plate material or film, without damaging transparency, also excellent in heat resistance, capable of sufficiently inhibiting the occurrence of blocking phenomenon and excellent in sliding property and weather resistance. SOLUTION: This anti-blocking plate material or film has a resin layer containing an anti-blocking agent, and the anti-blocking agent requires essentially an inorganic hollow material.
