#CMT# #/CMT# At least one metal insert is secured inside a plastic lower part (4) of the shoe by forming at least one opening with a reinforced edge inside this lower part and mechanically securing the insert to this edge. The insert is preferably secured by pressing it around the reinforced edge. #CMT# : #/CMT# The lower part is made by a moulding technique. The insert includes a means for securing the shoe (2) to the skate frame (3). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# For producing shoes for securing to skate frames in order to make ice skates or roller skates. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# A stronger joint is formed between the insert and shoe with less risk of the insert becoming detached.
