This invention relates to a manual tool for expelling or discharging and putting into motion a disc shaped object. This object in round in shape, having two flat sides. With the aid of ones hand , thumb and index forger, this tool is used to propel round disc type objects forward, towards an intended target. This tool , enables the user , to play a game, without, all the disadvantage s of expelling or discharging a round ball type structure without two flat sides. My invention enables the user, to play a game , which I will refer to as pitching, In any type of weather condition ,on any relatively flat surface. Greatly removing the disadvantages of pitching, a round ball type structure , which will be referred to as marbles. From here on my invention will be referred to as a " buggy Pitcher ".
