A tool holder for a circular disc, e.g. a cutting disc for an angle grinder or a circular saw, has a fly press formed core with attached support flange for the disc. The one piece core has section of steel for high centrifugal forces and sections of granular sintered metal. The pressed core is processed to hold the tool clamping systems.
