PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an electrode foil with a terminal which has a superior electrical characteristics, especially an electrode foil with a terminal which has a very small width of about 1 mm, a very small continuity resistance, and a very small variation thereof, by making reducible largely its continuity resistance, even if its ground metal and the tab of the terminal having lead wires are surely made to contact with each other, and both are subjected to a one-point plunging work so as to fasten both to each other, and by reducing the variation of its continuity resistance. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the electrode foil with a terminal comprises a step for superimposing a tab 14b of a terminal 14 having lead wires on a hole 13a bored in the electrode foil 13, a step for inserting a plunger-form needle 12 through into the hole 13a from the side of the tab 14b, a step for forming burrs 14c of the tab 14b on the rear-surface side of the electrode foil 13, while preventing generations of burrs 13c of the electrode foil 13 itself, and a step for fastening the electrode foil 13 and the tab 14b of the terminal 14 having lead wires to each other. Thereby, the ground metal of the electrode foil 13 and the tab 14b are made to contact with each other directly and stably so as to reduce the electric continuity resistance of the electrode foil 13 to the tab 14b and reduce the variation thereof.
