To improve uniform degree of dispersion of nano particles by realizing a condition in which no oxide film exist on the surfaces of nano particles to be dispersed to liquid fluid and to thereby limit or enhance various characteristics of liquid fluid. Nano particles are uniformly dispersed to liquid fluid containing a material having flame reaction to render the light emission of the fluid brighter and easily recognize the presence of the fluid. Accordingly, a technology can be provided that enhances or limits, as desired, characteristics to be enhanced or characteristics to be limited out of various characteristics of component substances in the liquid fluid used in various industries.
