<p>A gutter and a gully enabling a reduction in the size and weight of a body and a cover while sufficiently withstanding a superimposed load and also enabling the outer surfaces of side plate parts or peripheral walls thereof to be formed flat, comprising the body in which a body contact surface part in contact with the cover is formed in a recessed curved surface and the cover in which a cover contact surface part in contact with the body contact surface part is formed in a projected curved surface. In each of the gutter and the gully in which the body contact surface part does not have a horizontal portion, the radii of curvatures of the body contact surface part and the cover contact surface part are 11 to 25 mm. Since the width of the body overlapped with the cover can be reduced, the width of the cover can be reduced and the outer surface of the side plate parts or the peripheral walls can be formed flat. In particular, when the radii of curvatures of the body contact surface part and the cover contact surface part are made equal to each other and the curvature centers of both contact surface parts are separated by 0.5 to 1.5 mm from each other, the rattling of the cover can be eliminated and the gutter and gully can sufficiently withstand the superimposed load.</p> |
