A device 1, which may be secured to a tubular upright, to enable the height adjustment of a temporary edge protection barrier (5). The device comprises a multiplicity of locatable arms 2 and 3 set at intervals. In use, the device, which is in the form of a spigot or socket, is fixed to the upper extremity of a barrier support post. The arms support the barrier in an elevated position. This allows for work to continue below the barrier without removing the barrier completely. |
