Method for production of implant bodies for dental implants, whereby the implant body comprises a prefabricated base body (8) for connecting the implant body to the dental implant and an individually matched main prosthesis body. The main body (15) is formed by building up layers of deposited powder material, which are melted or sintered using laser beams. An Independent claim is made for a dental implant prosthesis body.
