A pivot-side bracket (23) having a pivot-side supporting surface (20) is provided in a DR-side pivot holder (5a), and a motor-side bracket (29) having a motor-side supporting surface (26) which forms a pair together with the pivot-side (23) bracket is provided in a wiper motor, and the DR-side pivot holder (5a) and the wiper motor (12) are fixed to a pipe (15) by the same bolts and nuts (35,36).
