The pipe (9,10) for heating fluid is laid in a meandering arrangement with outward and return flow sections side-by-side. The outward and return flow sections are held apart at a constant spacing by a set of spacer clips (11). The spacer clips rest on individual reinforcement rods (4) together with further spacer clips (12) on further rods (6). During pouring of the concrete (13) the reinforcement rod assembly is supported above the floor of the standard production pallet (2) by spacers (7).
