PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period and to minimize an occupation area of a road during the construction period, by executing construction such that piping work is completed upon setting of panels. SOLUTION: Pipes 30, 31 provided for the panel 1 each have sockets 4 at both ends, into which joint pipes 6 are inserted. Each socket 4 has an O ring fitted therein, for exerting water cutoff performance at a joint portion and absorbing displacement of the panel. Then a second one of the panels 1 is located on the same plane as that of the existing panel, which is then horizontally moved as indicated by an arrow in the figure and brought closer to the existing panel, and the other end of the joint pipe 6 is inserted into the socket 4 of the second panel, to thereby connect the panels 1 together.
