PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to adjust a physical relationship between optical path equipment of a condenser lens and an optical waveguide path or the like passing a laser beam, and a laser array even after assembling. SOLUTION: A laser light emitting device comprises the steps of fixing a laser stack on a base; maintaining a compound lens on a retention member; supporting the retention member by a one side support member at two places which are estranged and aligned in a laser advance direction; supporting the retention member by an other side support member at one place of the other side which is estranged in the slow axis direction from the one side of the retention member; resiliently connecting a pair of one side lever members extended in parallel with the retention member and resiliently supported by the base with the one side support member by one end of each of the one side lever members, respectively; providing a pair of dial adjusting mechanisms which displace other end of each one side lever member, and shrink and displace one end thereof by a lever action; resiliently connecting other side lever member extended in parallel with the retention member and resiliently supported by the base with other side support member by one end of the other side lever member; and providing a dial adjusting mechanism which displaces other end of the other side lever member in the fast axis direction, and shrinks and displaces one end thereof in the fast axis direction by the lever action.
