LIQUID LEVEL/LIQUID QUALITY SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level/liquid quality sensor capable of detecting the liquid level and the liquid quality of a high-temperature liquid, wherein a detection element has heat resistance. SOLUTION: This sensor is constituted as follows: a cylindrical case 13 is provided with a notched part 8 by notching a part thereof; a lid part 9 to be fitted to the notched part 8 is provided; the outer peripheral surface of the lid part 9 is formed so as to agree with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical case 13; an aluminium sleeve 10 having a little larger inner diameter than the outer diameter of the cylindrical case 13 is covered on the cylindrical case 13; and the lid part 9 fitted to the notched part 8 is positioned and fixed.
