PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration device capable of shortening a temperature rising time of a brine when a temperature rise is required, and quickly coping with the desired temperature rise of a temperature controlled-object. SOLUTION: In this refrigeration device comprising a temperature rising means for rising a temperature of the brine, the heating fluid in a heat storage tank 31 mounted on a circulation passage for heating 33 is heated to a prescribed temperature by a heating source 32 in normal operation, and the heating fluid heated in advance is circulated in the circulation passage for heating 33 to exchange the heat with the brine, thus the temperature of the brine is risen.
