PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency of a user of a hot water supply terminal at a waiting time by notifying the user of actual supply of the hot water of a specific temperature from the hot water supply terminal. SOLUTION: This water hater comprising a hot water supply heat source 20 for preparing the hot water, the hot water supply terminal 21 for tapping the hot water by opening and closing a valve, and a hot water supply pipe 22 for connecting the hot water supply heat source 20 and the hot water supply terminal 21, further comprises a hot water supply time calculating means 23 for calculating a time necessary for supplying the hot water of the specific temperature from the hot water supply terminal 21 and a hot water supply information transmitting means 24 for notifying the user of the supply of the hot water from the hot water supply terminal 21, thus the user can know a timing when the hot water of specific temperature is actually supplied from the hot water supply terminal, and is allowed to use the waiting time for the other work, which improves the workability.
