PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-fluid element which is formed by integrating microchannels prepared in a molding method by using a base plate with flexibility, such as a silicone rubber, wherein the micro-fluid element can maintain a stable cross section of each microchannel and has a thin shape and flexibility, and to provide a method of prepairing the micro-fluid element, and a micro-fluid device using the micro-fluid element. SOLUTION: The micro-fluid element is formed of a channel forming body with flexibility, in which grooves as the microchannels are formed, and a substrate brought into contact with the channel forming body via a surface in which the grooves as the microchannels are formed.
