HEATING METHOD OF PCB-CONTAINING INSULATING OIL AND HEATING APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating method of a PCB-containing insulating oil that is easily and simply oil-extracted by reducing the viscosity of the insulating oil in the oil-extraction of a PCB-containing insulating oil charged in an electrical components such as a transformer or a capacitor, and to provide a heating apparatus therefor.

SOLUTION: The heating method of the PCB-containing insulating oil in heating the insulating oil to the desired temperature suitable for the oil extraction treatment is characterized by heating the capacitor 1 or the transformer charged with the PCB-containing insulating oil in a heating space 9 equipped with an infrared ceramic heater 5 and a conveyer 7, while transferring the capacitor or the transformer and controlling the output power of the infrared ceramic heater 5 so that the measured value reaches the target temperature by measuring the temperature of the outer surface using a radiation thermometer 11 at the proximity of the exit 8a of the heating space 9 in accordance with the outer temperature of the electrical components correlated with the temperature of the insulating oil in advance.
