PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide quick hardening cement concrete where expected working hours can be ensured and quick setting cement concrete where the functions of an initial strength-exhibiting property and the like can be exhibited efficiently. SOLUTION: The quick hardening cement concrete contains cement, calcium aluminate, an inorganic sulfate and a slump retaining material which is the slurry of an alkali metal carbonate and organic acids. The content of the mixture of calcium aluminate and the inorganic sulfate is 5-25 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. cement. The content of the inorganic sulfate is 70-150 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. calcium aluminate. The content of the mixture of the alkali metal carbonate and the organic acids is 0.1-1.8 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt., in total, of cement, calcium aluminate and the inorganic sulfate. The content of the alkali metal carbonate is 50-85 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt., in total, of the alkali metal carbonate and the organic acids.
