The electronic education learning system disclosed in patent document 1 requires the system promoter to previously prepare information as contents for educational materials, increasing the course fee. An education learning system (10) comprises first terminals (11-14) for lecturees, a second terminal (15) for a lecturer, and an education learning server (18) connected to the first and second terminals (11-15) through a communication network (17). The first terminals (11-14) have a function of receiving the input of a problem set by one of the lecturees rotating a problem setter and transmitting it to the education learning server (18) and a function of receiving the inputs of the answers made by the lecturees as answerers other than the problem setter and transmitting them to the education learning server (18). The education learning server (18) has a function of receiving information from the first terminals (11-14) of the problem setter and answerers, storing the information as education learning contents, and managing the rotation dates of the problem setter.
