PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the use of personal connection networks of personal relation only between both users, by dividing the personal connection networks in terms of personal relation and public relation. SOLUTION: A communication system has a pipe synthesis part 6 which constitutes the personal connection network by a plurality of pipes each having both end nodes as user information for operating information processors, respectively, and generates new pipe information from the two or more pieces of pipe information to make a pipe management means manage the new pipe information. In the pipe information, personal attribute information for restricting users so that a user set for the node of a pipe can use the pipe is included beforehand. The pipe synthesis part 6 uses a pipe for which the personal attribute information is set to generate a new pipe between a node of another pipe connected to one end node of the pipe and a node of another pipe connected to another end node of the pipe.
