PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem associated with a recycle of waste vinyl resins, including the impossibility of sufficient cleaning of the inside of folded and wrinkled parts in cleaning commonly with ordinary-temperature water in the first process and expensiveness and high running costs of equipment and resultant high prices of recycled products for systems improving the efficiency of cleaning waste vinyl resins by utilizing ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: The use of hot water during a cleaning system of waste vinyl resins makes the vinyl resins expanded temporarily, permitting an easy cleaning of folded parts. To improve the efficiency of cleaning the vinyl resins, high-pressure air is passed through water to wash with its bubbles. The mechanical simplicity and inexpensiveness of the system leads to saving of expenses and permits sufficient cleaning. and inexpensiveness leads to saving of expenses and permits sufficient cleaning.
