PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is impossible to form an unsymmetrical magnetic flux density pattern to a magnetic flux density peak position in a magnet piece laminated magnet roller. SOLUTION: A degree of freedom of a magnetic flux density pattern of a magnet piece is improved by making it possible to freely change an orientation polarizing direction of magnetic particles of the magnet piece to a unidirectional orientation polarizing magnetic field at the time of forming a molding die for the magnet piece, and consequently a complex magnetic flux density pattern becomes possible.
