PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase of a circuit magnitude, when obtaining an output corresponding to the peak value of an input. SOLUTION: The system comprises the field effect transistors 1, 2 which have gates as a common connection and are connected a source to a first predetermined standard potential; a transistor 3 which connects the collector to the gates of the field effect transistors 1, 2, connects the emitter to a drain of the field effect transistor 1 and connects a base to a second standard potential; a transistor 7 which is a conductivity type different from that of the transistor 3 connects the emitter to a connector part of the drain of the field effect transistor 1 and the emitter of the transistor 3, connects the base to a third standard potential and connects the collector to a fourth standard potential; the difference between the second standard potential and the third standard potential is set to a value, with which the transistor 3 and the transistor 7 do not turn on simultaneously.
