PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means having a high safety and capable of sterilizing microorganisms contained in a polluted material in a good efficiency. SOLUTION: The subject antibacterial sheet-formed material contains an iodine-cyclodextrin inclusion compound obtained by including iodine within a water soluble cyclodextrin by 0.01-20 mass% effective iodine based on the total mass of the sheet-formed material.
