PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an articles sorting device 11 capable of sorting articles certainly by setting the lead-out speed of a lead-out belt 19 of a truck 13 to any desired value irrespective of the moving speed of the truck 13. SOLUTION: The truck 13 having the lead-out belt 19 to admit placing of articles thereon and lead out them in the direction crossing the truck moving direction is moved in the truck moving direction along the moving path. The truck 13 is furnished with a rotary part 27 capable of rotating round a shaft 26 crossing the truck moving direction in such an arrangement that its rotation and lead-out of the articles by the lead-out belt 19 are interlocking. A belt conveyor 36 having a belt 35 rotating in the direction along the truck moving direction is installed in the sorting position on the moving path. The belt conveyor 36 is contacted with and separated from the rotary part 27 of the truck 13, and thereby the lead-out speed of the lead-out belt 19 of the truck 13 can be set to any desired value irrespective of the moving speed of the truck 13, which enables sorting the articles certainly.
