PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destructive device for portable equipment by which portable equipment can be surely destructed, a user can immediately and visually confirm the destructed state, and destructed pieces can be easily recovered. SOLUTION: The destructive device for portable equipment is provided with a housing 2, in which an opening 14a is formed to the front part, a driving source 3 provided in the housing, and a punch 7 which is located at the inner part of the opening and lifted/lowered in a reciprocating manner in conjunction with the driving source 3. The portable equipment 26 is inserted into the housing from the opening 14a and destructed by the penetration of the punch 7 into the portable equipment 26 by the lifting/lowering movement of the punch 7 by the driving of the driving source 3.
