PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing device capable of automatically, quickly and also uniformly thawing specimens stored/controlled in a frozen state required in a field of a drug-creating research. SOLUTION: This thawing device for the drug-creating research for thawing containers sealing freezing and storing the specimens for the drug-creating research, has a head member 110 placing/arranging a plurality of needle-formed nozzles 112 as a frog shape according to the shape of a rack for storing deep plates and micro-tubes, a warm water tank 120 and a warm water pump 130 for ejecting warm water from the tip ends of the needle-formed nozzles, a sink 160 for recovering the ejected warm water and returning it to the warm water tank and an actuator 200 for approaching the head member to the containers.
