<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalable policy base Web Service security architecture capable of enabling each service request to be effectively processed by a secure method by obtaining and combining results of authentication, the discovery of a service, the evaluation of an access policy, and this process in security token with a code. <P>SOLUTION: A method for making the Web Service safe includes a step of discovering the Web Service in response to a service request and determining the access policy for the Web Service in addition to a real service based on the service request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
