PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition giving a hardened material having a low refractive index, and having excellent solvent resistance, mold releasability, mold reproducibility, adhesion or the like, and to provide a hardened material thereof. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a lens comprises: urethane(metha)crylate (A) as a reactant of polyol (a), organic polyisocyanate (b) and hydroxyl group-containing (metha)crylate (c); a fluorine atom-containing (metha)crylate compound(s) (B); and a photopolymerization initiator(s) (C); and, a non-fluorine (metha)crylate compound(s) (D) if necessary.
